Essential guidelines for working with MetaAxis
Our Terms of Service outlines our client agreement, setting clear guidelines for deliverables, payments, and intellectual property rights. This protects both parties and prevents misunderstandings in creative projects.
Service Scope
MetaAxis offers AI avatar video production, multilingual content creation, brand localization (including China market entry), and strategic creative consulting. All project specifics are detailed in individual agreements or written confirmations.
Project Terms
A signed agreement and 50% upfront deposit are required before project commencement. All deliverables will be produced based on the agreed brief. Any changes in scope must be approved in writing and may affect cost and timeline.
Intellectual Property
Clients retain full ownership of final deliverables and original materials after full payment. MetaAxis retains the right to reuse unused drafts, scripts, or concepts for internal reference or non-commercial portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Payment Structure
Project fees are specified in the contract. Final payment is due before delivery of files or assets. Additional charges for third-party services (e.g., voiceovers, translation), expedited requests, or changes in scope will be invoiced separately.
Timeline & Communication
Project schedules are defined at the outset. Our standard response time on business days is within 8 hours. Delays caused by client-side feedback may extend the project timeline, and MetaAxis shall not be held accountable for such delays.
Confidentiality
All client assets, business information, and strategy documents are treated as strictly confidential. We uphold high standards of data protection, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available upon request.
Termination Rights
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Clients are required to compensate for all completed work up to the termination date. Kill fees may apply depending on the progress stage, as outlined in the agreement.
Liability
Our services are provided “as is,” based on industry best practices and experience. MetaAxis does not guarantee specific performance outcomes, especially those influenced by external platforms or market factors. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the project. Jurisdiction is governed by the laws of [your chosen country or region].
